AUTHOR BIO

Kenneth Boyd is the writer behind Bardo Poetry. He is a poet, jazz musician and a native of the southern United States. His poetry has been published by Flora Fiction, Wayfarer Fiction, and Of Poets & Poetry. He is a winner of the Royal Palms Literary Award from the Florida Writer's Association.

His poetry is expansive with informal, conversational, informational, and sometimes austere mindfulness of the shades in his world. His writing is focused on creating a few economic words and phrases that promote the changes we need to continue our emerging journey of elaborate intersections. Boyd is a member of the Poetry Society of America, the Academy of American Poets, the Florida Writer's Association, the Florida State Poets Association, and the Southeastern Writer's Association.
